August 27th was a most beautiful night for the final official summer concert in Freedom Park. The Allan Payette Band couldn't have been a better choice for the night.
A strong dynamic horn section, solid bass and percussion, great vocals, a Hammond B3 organ, and the guitar skills of long time local favorite Alan Payette filled the park with some of the best sounds heard all summer.
